2.4 Lior Maison reserves the right to deny or restrict access to our site or services at any time.

(b) Your order constitutes a formal request to purchase goods under these Terms;
(c) Our order confirmation is issued subject to these same Terms;
(d) You are legally bound by this agreement once your order is confirmed.

4.1 Prices displayed may include shipping fees where specified, but exclude any taxes, import duties, or additional governmental charges.
4.2 You are solely responsible for paying any applicable customs duties or import fees. These are not reflected in our listed prices. Please check with us or local authorities if such charges may apply. Compliance with local import regulations is your responsibility.
4.3 While we make every effort to maintain accurate pricing, errors may occasionally occur. In such cases, we will notify you and give you the choice to proceed at the correct price or cancel the order. If we do not receive a timely response, the order will be cancelled and refunded in full.
4.4 Orders cannot be fulfilled at incorrect prices, even where confirmation emails have been issued.
4.5 Price changes do not apply retroactively to confirmed orders.
5. Orders
5.1 Orders are subject to product availability. We will confirm your order only if the item is in stock. If unavailable, a full refund will be provided.
5.2 A binding contract exists only once we send an order confirmation. This contract applies exclusively to the listed items and is governed by these Terms.
5.3 Orders containing multiple products may be shipped in separate consignments.
5.4 We reserve the right to update, modify, or remove website content or product listings at any time.
5.5 We may cancel orders at our discretion, even after confirmation. In such cases, you will be refunded in full.
6. Payment
6.1 Accepted payment methods are shown during checkout.
6.2 Promotional codes or vouchers may be applied at checkout where valid.
6.3 Payments may be processed via third-party providers. By placing an order, you authorize us to share the necessary information with them.
6.4 Lior Maison is not a financial institution and cannot be held liable for issues caused by payment intermediaries.
6.5 By completing payment, you confirm that:
(a) The card or payment method belongs to you;
(b) Any discount or voucher code used is lawfully yours;
(c) Adequate funds are available.
6.6 We are not responsible for fraudulent or unauthorized use of payment cards. Suspicious activity may be reported to the relevant authorities.
6.7 Chargebacks or unauthorized payment reversals are prohibited.
6.8 You agree to compensate Lior Maison for any losses resulting from chargebacks or reversals.
7. Delivery
7.1 Orders will be shipped to the delivery address provided at checkout.
7.2 Estimated delivery times are displayed during checkout and in your order confirmation.
7.3 Delivery times may vary due to factors outside our control. We will notify you of any significant delays but accept no liability for them.
7.4 If delivery cannot be completed, we may provide an alternative solution or issue a refund.
7.5 Responsibility for the goods passes to you upon delivery, unless failure occurs due to your unavailability.
7.6 If no one is present at the delivery address, the courier may leave instructions for redelivery or collection.
7.7 Refusal or failure to accept delivery may result in additional charges.
7.8 Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days and shipped within 2–7 business days. In exceptional cases, delivery may take longer (up to four weeks). Orders are dispatched once the full order is ready.
7.9 All international shipments are sent duty-unpaid. You are considered the importer and must comply with local customs regulations. Any applicable taxes or duties are your responsibility.
8. Order Changes & Cancellations
8.1 You may request to cancel or amend your order by emailing us.
8.2 Once your order has been packed or prepared for dispatch, changes cannot be made. In such cases, you will need to receive the package and follow our Returns process if you wish to return it. Please notify us before sending items back.
8.3 Cancellations and refunds are only possible within 24 hours of purchase and provided the order has not yet been shipped.
9. Product Concerns
9.1 All products are standard items, not custom-made or tailored to order.
9.2 Product descriptions are for informational purposes and do not constitute a guarantee.
9.3 Images shown on the website may differ slightly from the actual product received.
9.4 If you receive a defective or damaged item, please email us with clear photographs of the issue.
9.5 Returns of faulty products must follow the guidelines in Section 10.
9.6 Returned goods are inspected on arrival.
9.7 We will notify you of the outcome of this inspection.
9.8 If an item is confirmed defective, we may:
(a) Replace the item at no additional shipping cost; or
(b) Issue a full refund, including reasonable return postage.
9.9 If no fault is found, a refund may be declined and service or inspection fees may apply.
10. Returns & Refunds
10.1 This section is an integral part of these Terms.
10.2 You must contact us within 30 days of delivery to begin a return.
10.3 Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
10.4 Refunds are processed only after inspection of returned products.
10.5 Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with all packaging and labels intact. Returns may be refused if these requirements are not met.
10.6 Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
10.7 You will be informed by email if your return has been approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
10.8 A return is considered complete once we have received and inspected the goods.
10.9 Orders cannot be cancelled while in transit. You must wait for delivery and then follow the return procedure. Refunds for orders in transit may only be processed after 16 weeks if the package is lost or not delivered.
11. Promotional Codes
11.1 Discount or voucher codes may be applied during checkout.
11.2 Codes must be entered in the designated field at checkout.
11.3 Eligible discounts are automatically deducted from the order total.
11.4 Only one promotional code may be used per order.
11.5 Vouchers or codes cannot be redeemed for cash.
11.6 If your order exceeds the value of the voucher, you must pay the difference.
11.7 Refunds for purchases made with vouchers will only cover the amount paid in addition to the voucher value.

(a) Interfere with or alter the website;

26.1 Terms such as “Order,” “Confirmation,” and “Product” shall carry the meanings given within the context of this document.
26.2 References to sections, paragraphs, or clauses refer to this Terms of Service.
26.3 Section titles and headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation.
26.4 Words in the singular include the plural and vice versa; words denoting one gender include all genders.
26.5 References to “persons” include both natural individuals and legal entities such as companies or organizations.
