We understand that plans can change. At Lior Maison, you have a short opportunity to cancel your order if it has not yet been processed.

How to Cancel

If you wish to cancel, please email us at support@liormaison.com within 24 hours of placing your order. Provided your order has not yet entered processing, we will cancel it for you and issue a full refund.

After 24 Hours

Once 24 hours have passed, your order may already be in preparation or transit. At this stage, cancellation may no longer be possible.

If your order has already been dispatched, we recommend accepting the delivery and then starting a return request in line with our Returns & Refunds Policy.
